"— I do not doubt that, darling." The gentleman
shifts closer in favour of pulling his lover’s legs
over his lap, a soft hand running up Jeanie’s
shin affectionately, ”I am, but I’m much better
now that we’re relaxing together.” There’s a
moment of quiet as Herbert admires his wife,
leaning in to press their lips together briefly.
It’s no secret that Jeanie adores attention and
adores affection even more, and there comes a
dainty sort of smirk as slender legs are placed
over the gentleman’s lap. “I’m glad of it,” replies
the vagabond, who presses a chaste yet fond
peck to Herbert’s lips, teasing as ever. There is
a pause, a few stray dark curls are brushed
coyly behind one ear, and Jeanette shifts a little
closer and grips the other’s collar loosely to give
another, slightly less delicate kiss. Thankfully,
Jeanie isn’t wearing that awful red lipstick today.
“–I love you.”
